Day 1 : LUANG PRABANG ARRIVAL (L, D)
Upon arrival, coach and guide pick up at Luang Prabang Airport.
Transfer for lunch and visit Luang Prabang city tour:
Royal Palace (officially name “Haw Kham”)- built in 1904 during the French colonial era for King Sisavang Vong and his family.
Wat Mai Temple: one of the largest, most picturesque and most photographed of the wats of Luang Prabang. Located along the
popular night market street of Sisavangvong and adjoining the compound of the National Palace Museum, it is important for
both its religious and its aesthetic beauty.
Wat Sioun: a very old temple in Luang Prabang that houses many Budda images. This temple has restoration works done numerous
times and there are many art design of Thailu, Sip song Phanna, Thaiphuan, Muong Xieng Khouang and Lao Lanexang.
Phousi Mountain: a little mountain in the middle of Luang Prabang that is a popular spot every sunset time.
Transfer for dinner. Time at one’s arrangement. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
Day 2 : LUANG PRABANG- PAK OU CAVES (B, L,D)
In this morning, let wake up a early to join Alms giving at 05:30AM, then
visit the frest market. After that back to your hotel for having breakfast.
08:30 Take the boat to Pak Ou caves (mouth of the Ou river),25 km from Luang Prabang. The
caves are noted for their impressive Lao style Buddha sculptures assembled over the centuries
by local people and pilgrims.
On the way to Pak Ou, visit Sanghai, Sangkhong - hand weaving & dyeing villages.
Have lunch.
15:00 Back to Luang Prabang.
18:00 Luang Prabang Night Market featuring the collection of handicrafts for sale in
the country with variety of textiles, clothing, carvings, basketry and so much more.
The market is open daily from dusk until 10PM. It is something that should not be missed when being in Luang Prabang.
.Day 3 : LUANG PRABANG- ELEPHANT CAMP – TAD SAE WATERFALL (B,L,D)
Breakfast at hotel.
08:30 Take private car to Elephant Camp to join Elephant Riding.
Visit Tad Sae Waterfall- can be accessed only by boat and best during rainy season. Here we
arrived at end of a very scenic Tad Sae waterfalls. The waterfall stream flows into the Nam
Khan river, divided into 3 limestone steps. There are numerous cascades and pools with turquoise water.
15:00 Back to Luang Prabang. Dinner. Time at leisure.
Day 4 : LUANG PRABANG DEPARTURE (B)
After breakfast at hotel, free for your own until transfer to the airport for next destination.
08:3 time till transfer to the airport.
