Shan Yoma Travel & Tours was founded in 1996. Our company provides all tourism related services and became one of the leading inbound and outbound tour operator and professional MICE (Meeting-Incentive-Convention-Exhibition) organizer in Myanmar.
Since 1998, the internet marketing was introduced and used as marketing tool. Shan Yoma has now total 10 domains. We have our own vehicles for tourists there who take ground transportation from us. We need not to rent any vehicles or coaches from other car rental services. By using our own vehicle, we can also definitely reduce operational costs & service turnaround time. Shan Yoma has made contracts with all hotels and gets special rates for the clients. Besides, as personal sales agents co-operating with 7 Domestic Airlines. We are now running routine activities by using the sophisticated software, to apply in quotation for our esteemed clients to save the time.
Our company has achieved Tourism Alliance Awards (TAA) 2011 for “Best Inbound Tour Operator of the Year”and TAA 2012 for “Best Outbound Tour Operator of the Year”. Besides, we achieved Mekong Tourism Alliance Awards (MTAA) 2013 for outbound Travel Operator of the Year and we also gained The Best Performance Service Award by Ministry of Hotels & Tourism in Myanmar 2013 and Mekong Tourism Alliance Awards (MTAA) 2015 for the Best Outbound Tour Operator of the Year at the ITE, HCMC .
